[x] Titles

I never really got a clear answer on this before the album went live, so breaking it out into a topic here.

...what's our precedent for subtitles? According to Allen (telephone call), "Something Strange Happens: Four-Track Forecasts By Allen Clapp (1990-2000)" is indeedthe true album title, but "the second part is kind of a sub-title, so you could leave it off if you want to".

I thought we had something of a "short title" precedent, but looking at e.g. [bandtoband.com] http://bandtoband.com/index.php?Page=Search&AlbumId=8474 , maybe we don't?

If it's legitimately part of the title, we include it. But there are plenty of instances in which text on the cover is not actually part of the title. In this case, I think it's safe to go with what Allen Clapp says the title is.

Well, it would have helped if I wrote the title correctly; there aren't actually parentheses in it around the years. So that needs to be corrected now, oops.

I'll go correct the entry in the queue to have that right as well.
