[x] Simon Philips

According to rule 6, studio musicians don't count as band members. I noticed that Simon Philips is listed as a band member on Judas Priests Sin After Sin. However the booklet of my copy of the album says: "Judas Priest are: Glenn Tipton, Robert Halford, K.K. Downing, Ian Hill. Special thanks to Simon Philips - drums". Doesn't this make him a studio musician?

Thanks very much for this info. I had done a bunch of research and discovered that he was a super-session drummer (just check out [www.simon-phillips.com] http://www.simon-phillips.com/disco/disco.html ), but the Judas Priest biographies did not make it clear whether or not he was a band member. I will remove that link from the tree. If you see anything else like that, please let us know!
