Extendedanc"EP"lay or Extendedanc"ep"lay by Dire Straits?

The title is all in caps but the EP deliberately bigger. I contend that we ought to reflect this by putting EP in caps and the rest in lowercase, but a strict rendition of the rules suggests that as it's all in caps it ought to be rendered all in lowercase.

Ruling on this one?

As unsavory as it seems to downgrade the "EP" portion to "ep" I think that we are instructed to do so under Capital Punishment 5.
