[x] Rule exceptions for compilations?

A few of you support exceptions for the "The" rule and "Punctuation Fluctuation" when it comes to compilations, given the limited role that a band may have in the artwork / layout for a compilation. Can we take those discussions over here in the future?

I'd support an exemption, but only for multi-artist compilations.
