"Michael Quartermain" is known in certain circles as a lyricist and arranger, for example:

(in the queue), and sometimes performs. But the only place he actually seems to appear as a band member is his (amusingly incongruous) appearance in Pinkwind:

(also in the queue) where he appears as "Mike Quartermain".

Now this is (possibly) his only legitimate entry into b2b. So, does he go in with a primary name of "Michael Quartermain", as he is generally known as, or under "Mike Quartermain", which would actually probably end up being his only entry in b2b?
