[x] New Rules: Fore-Play

Here are some new Rules for alias and diminutive name usage:

5.
If an artist's forename only ever appears as a diminutive, in the case where two or more different diminutive forms are used we expand to the full rendering of the forename to resolve the standardization conflict.

6.
Aliases are not considered diminutive forms of a forename and therefore have no bearing on conflict resolution presented in (5), however in the case where it is not known if a credited forename is a diminutive or an alias, we default to classifying it as a diminutive and proceed accordingly.
Example: David Allen uses the difficult to classify forename Daevid therefore it is considered a diminutive.
