[x] New Rule 6 - Collaborations

I've edited (or rather reduced) Rule 6 based on the Big Collapse implementation. The essence of collaborations is now this:

1) A collaboration is not a band.
2) Collaborations happen if all parties had already released material.
3) Collaborations never share band members.
4) That's it.
