In particular: Are You Experienced by (The) Jimi Hendrix Experience.
The earlier UK release had a different track listing from the later US release. The latter included Hey Joe which came from the first JHE recording session and therefore had a (possibly) significantly earlier recording start date from that of the UK release. (I say "possibly" because nobody can remember what the other track was which was recorded at the same session.)
Is it therefore appropriate to include both the UK and US releases -- on the grounds that they were different? Is it also appropriate to add both the UK and US releases of the Hey Joe single -- again on the grounds that they had different B sides, hence different recording dates again?

The Once Is Never Enough rule is a bit complicated, but I think it answers the question. Different lineups can justify a reissue of a release.
