I've added a new rule to the Rules formatting section to address the inclusion of punctuation characters in album titles. It is also set up to exclude the dreaded ""s that frame an album title. The Rule has not yet been applied to albums in the system (there will be winners and loses of course) so feel free to discuss before action is taken.
If you're too lazy to flip over to the Rules page, here it is:
I've Been Framed
Punctuation characters appear frequently in album titles. How those characters are handled are discussed here.
1. All punctuation characters appearing in an album's title are reflected whenever possible.
Example: Gettin' Pretty Good... At Barely Gettin' By...
2. Album sub-titles are included in the full title and are separated by the · character.
Example: Highlander II · The Quickening
3. Framing characters, defined as character strings mirrored on either side of an album's title, are not included.
Example: ...Can't Dance,, Too Wet To Plow... has the framing characters "..." removed.
