[x] (Country) markers

When disambiguating, do we strictly adhere to country of birth or is there a grey area for people who are associated with a different country having moved there early in life. I confess I prefer the absolute nature of the first.

I don't think there's been strict adherence, but let's go with birth country for artists. For bands, it's a bit harder.
