dEUS has always been dEUS and not Deus.
But mr.P found a promo of the "The Jagz Kooner Excursions" using DEUS - capital D.

Now, according to the rules, they need to become Deus.
This is a physical promo copy for what initially appears to be a digital-only release. There is no "artwork", as can be seen in the url above. These remixes have also been released on a special edition of Pocket Revolution. The new artwork for this album also clearly states dEUS, and not Deus:

Do we really have to apply these rules to a promo release the band had no control over? The public release of these remixes were releases digitally and later physically, clearly labeled "dEUS".
I vote for not taking into account promo releases when applying the capitalization rule.

This is part of the same issue we had when we discussed multi-artist compilations, again over which artist had limited artistic control over. My view for this matches that: i.e. "what Python said".
