I have a few cases of multiple artists with the same name in my digital collection, but mostly I didn't need to disambiguate as they're in different genre folders or just on VA compilations. The only folder I had to name specially is Overkill (UK) to separate that metal band from the well-known US one. Seems the UK one has no connections whatsoever for us to make.

Brouillard is too much though. I'd have to really enjoy it to be willing to mess up my Last.fm track chart with a bunch of songs all named the same.
