Huh? How does that work? Or are you classifying the most distant bands as outliers? This amateur armchair mathematician needs to know ...

I guess being one of the most distant bands means their percentile calculates to 100 exactly, and it pops them into that range.

This bit on the statistics page would be better with just 2 decimal places, because any notable change puts bands with the same average path length out of kilter, depending on when each band's stats get updated:
