When it comes to punctuation variations, should we go with the first name used? Or since they later dropped the punctuation, should they lose it from their primary name like other bands lose 'The'?

This appears to be the first release from the band. There was a CD demo from the same label at the same time which has the punctuation different again, but that may have just been used to promote this one:

Yes to question #2. The punctuation rules are very unforgiving. What a band name.
