[x] Currituck County v. Currituck Co.

Kevin Barker releases as both Currituck Co. and Currituck County. Not sure if he's credited both ways on any single release.

One band with an alias or two bands?

If you can prove that they were used interchangeably on a single release - that would help establish a single identity : see Bad Co. / Bad Company

MrP is right for the general case, but if I am to believe [home.earthlink.net] http://home.earthlink.net/~kb8000/discog.html then I think that this is band called Currituck Co. who released a 7" titled Currituck County. All the release cover images that I have found use Currituck Co. If the first 7" is the sole source of the debate right now, I think we should push on with Currituck Co.

the bottom of [home.earthlink.net] http://home.earthlink.net/~kb8000/discog.html actually shows that he appeared as Currituck County on not only the Troubleman 7", but also on the Punaluu 7" as well. he's also Currituck County on the Troubleman Mix-Tape and apparently also the Hand/Eye comp based on [www.discogs.com] http://www.discogs.com/release/849236 though I can't find an image to back that up. Otherwise, it looks like everything else is Currituck Co. I can't find anything showing both iterations on a single release, but I can't rule it out.

Maybe the band name is Currituck County, aesthetically shortened a lot of the time.

On the other hand, the first two 7" singles are the only ones with the extended name. I think there's a clear move away from the old name to the shortened name. Has anyone emailed him?
