[x] Band name language translations

Is this the right treatment? Do we simply alias anything that has an exact / nearly exact translation?

In the absence of a Yaz / Yazoo situation, if both the home language name and translation appear somewhere on the release, I think band name aliasing might be appropriate. In the absence of that, this seems like a new band name.
