New Minor Rule

We're codifying a long-standing naming convention for Splits:

4a. A multi-band compilation with no title is assigned the name of the primary issuing record label.
Example: Mineral / Jimmy Eat World / Sense Field is a three band release and assigned the title: "Crank! A Record Company."

Now with the new ability to edit and standardize label names (see what I did there?) these titles can be properly assigned.
