I think you can enter it as another half of a collab. We could argue "Nelson Riddle And His Orchestra" is only small on the labels to help the text fit. They got more equal font size on this one:

Where we've tended not to do that, I figure it's because more often than not the exact lineup of an orchestra on the day is unknown. If it wasn't important enough for them to document, then we can write them off as unimportant background guests too. Or if an undocumented orchestra clearly gets equal billing we can still mark the other half we have as a collab and stop there.
