UK underground psych

Borderline Books, which published Vernon Joynson's two books on psych/beat/prog rock (see other thread), also published a book by Chris Williams called _Adrift in the Ether_ on UK underground psych of the '80s and '90s. And as with the Joynson books, they put a version of the book online which can still be accessed via the Wayback Machine:
