Nirvana : MTV Unplugged

[www.cduniverse.com] http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=1158662&style=music&cart=3... suggests that Pat Smear wasn't credited as a band member on MTV Unplugged. Is this correct?

The booklet doesn't make any distinction between band members and guests. Kurt, Krist, Dave and Pat are the only four who performed on all songs though. Three others are credited for their performance on individual tracks.
