more Mad Caddies stuff (for pin_punk)

Okay we can scratch Derrick Plourde out of the picture, I finally found a way to get them in.

I've added Buck Wild into the queue, an old side project of Shawn Dewey (former Lagwagon guitarist), who also features Brian Flenniken. Brian played on the Caddies' live from Toronto album as well as "Just One More".

Let the flood gates open.

Sorry to bring up more research threads, but since there's a couple Mad Caddies releases verified at the moment, I'd thought I'd up this again. Buck Wild releases are still both in my queue for anyone who wants to help out.
