I assume it's already settled business here with Mark's background, but did Glenn Anzalone ever legally change his name to Danzig?

Back in the day, one of his former bandmates assured me that he had legally changed his name. I never found anything to the contrary, and all of his copyright entries are under the surname Danzig.
