I'm seeing Episode III in exactly 2 hours and 10 minutes. Woohoo!

Not even going to bother going to the theater. It's a definite rental, from the reviews I've read.

Huh? What kind of reviews did you read? I thought it was great. Not spectacular but just great. In any case, WAY better than EpI and EpII.

Crikey, I've got better things to do, myself ...
I had a conversation with a friend of my wife's on Sunday, and she could not believe that I wasn't passsionately in love with disney films ... I suppose there must be *some* people out there with sophisticated taste in cinema, but I've hardly ever met such a person.

Oh Matt don't be such a spoilsport! ;)
We're probably going to see Episode III next week.

I'm gonna wait for the second trilogy box (assuming there's gonna be one).

I had already bought I & II so I had to add in III, I have the box set for the others though.

Well, I finally saw it as a rental, and I'm glad I waited. The best of the three prequels, not that that's saying much; it was a mediocre movie capping a lousy first trilogy. Ick.

The originals are better for sure, however I didn't mind I & II, III was a bit lame but I think some of that may be due to the fact that all us true fans knew what had to happen in order for them to wrap up all the loose ends. Anyhow, I think they needed a better older Anikan actor... the guy wasn't bad to look at but I didn't buy his whiney frustration.

Now that Kribbit is back, we can resume this conversation ten years later. I have tickets for opening night.

I don't have tickets yet. It opens in theaters the 16th over here but all those tickets are gone now. I wanted to take my 8yo but the trailer looks much darker than the other 6 movies combined so I'll probably go without him first.
