Duff from Guns N Roses joined Jane's Addiction last year, and there's an album coming up:

Yeah, I guess the band will probably be presented as a trio on the album.

Dream Theater officially announced Mike Mangini as their new drummer. Great choice IMO but the least interesting one for this site since he's only one step apart from the band anyway.
They started recording in January so a 2011 release is very likely I guess.
