My band, Sawhorse (myspace.com/sawhorsefamily) shares a name with an old punk band (http://bandtoband.com/index.php?Page=Search&BandId=708)... What do people think of bands taking over "not so popular / broken up" band names?

Bad idea. Come up with something unique. The old Sawhorse was a great band.
