Okay, so Centipede: Septober Energy holds the record for most personnel on a single album - which band holds the record for total number of members during the course of its history?

I just clicked on Mike Westbrook Orchestra while I was in the neighbourhood, and counted 58 artists on a mere 4 albums. Is this a record?

I was going to guess Hawkwind, but they're not even close.
