Mildly related: sometimes I wonder if we should impose an artwork requirement for digital releases so we have at least some suggestion that the file was meant to be given to somebody.

Most of the digital releases entered without artwork were willingly linked by the artists on their official sites and so on. The good old websites like IUMA and mp3.com were primarily for hosting downloads, when we had dial-up connections that were too slow for decent streaming. Definitely meant to be given to somebody.
