[x] Uploads Temporarily Suspended

In my eternal struggle with Amazon AWS cloud image file storage I have to make one more major change to implement so am turning off cover uploads for a day so I can finally get it all sorted.

Cover image uploads for both live and queued albums are now back up and functional. Try it out and let me know if any issues arise.
