[x] Image help

While we're waiting for the image situation to get resolved, perhaps we could get the "image help" box back on the wiki pages so we can keep track of any new entries that will need images uploaded later.

Bump. Until we can upload images again, it would be really helpful to have a box to check to keep track of which entries to return to.

Glad to see the return of the "image help" feature, but does it actually work? I can select it during editing, but it doesn't seem to stick.

I'll check on this next. Just pushed up a bunch of updates for user queues (first to sort by Solo Artists, but more to come).

I'll do this next since I've been poking around in queues already.

The basic functionality of the Image Help flag is in place, ie you can set and unset it and the state will be remembered. I'm going to add some additional parts to it going forward. I'll update as those go live as well.
