[x] Edit page for wiki artists

Currently we can click on the Artist ID for a live artist to edit their country code. Artists that only exist in the wiki don't have that option, since the Artist ID is unclickable. It would be great to extend the edit pages to wiki-only artists to make it easier to deal with disambiguations.

I've added the edit page for wiki artists (and bands) so you can set the country codes for those objects.
