[x] Bands with lots of lineups

I'd like to see the formatting of bands like these changed:

[www.bandtoband.com] http://www.bandtoband.com/band/hawkwind

It messes things up, visually, when the second set of lineups (beginning with "O") do not list all the members.

I propose that each set list all members in the same order, even if they don't appear with that set. That would keep people in their proper order.
