The Forum

I would like to see some way of alerting forum members that there are new posts since the last visit, like you see on some other forums. Am I asking too much? ;) Well we just want *everything* and we want it now! LOL.

I'll look into adding that feature. I'm sure it won't be too difficult, the hard part is going to be simply getting the time to sit down and grind that out. It's been added to my ever growing list of things to do so hopefully it won't be long. Good suggestion by the way.

I hate new topics, so I'm going to resurrect this one to request a "search" feature for the forums. I was discussing this site's take on the membership of They Might Be Giants with a huge TMBG fan last night and he really wanted a forum search feature (so did I, but I found the TMBG thread I was looking for without it).

I'm keeping a list of all these requests / fixes / etc that will be addressed at some point. Right now I've got other things that are being worked on that have a higher priority but I'll get to this stuff at some point.
