Splits

I had to go and clean up a bunch of formatting issue deep in the layout files and to ensure the new low level structure was working I made a Split Release page for splits, similar to compilations. Click on 'split' where you see it on album pages:

Looks good! I wonder if it would be worth adding links from the split page back to the album pages for the individual bands, so in this case:

Good idea although having a band name link to a non-band page is a bit weird. However I've now made the band name above the member list link back to the album page for the "advanced" users who know the trick.

I've also turned off the link from "split" when only a single band is associated with a split as it doesn't make much sense to have a split page that looks identical to the band's album page.
