Report Error On This Page

It might be nice to make all the various pages (by which I mean any artist/band/album/etc. page that gets generated) have some kind of link or button somewhere to "report error on this page". I know when looking at other music sites, I've often noticed errors but didn't want to go to the hassle of finding their contact info and writing up an email. A quick button or link that would do the job would make those sorts of spur-of-the-moment error reports possible.

As a side benefit, we could possibly use the form when we notice errors instead of going and making a Shambles post about it.

As far as implementation, I think avoiding email would be a plus -- it'd be nice if you just filled in a form box with the error you noticed. Maybe have the link on the page take you to an error reporting form with an appropriate URL already filled in. The submit button would, say, post the reported error on the shambles forum for us to comment on it or something.

I think this is a great idea.
