New "errors and omissions" forum?

A forum specifically for providing feedback on perceived errors and such like would be a good idea - comes the time when we spot a spelling mistake or whatever, it's not easy to remember the exact forum where previous errors have been mentioned.

Besides, it makes it easier to clean up the forum and delete messages referring to processed errors if they're all in one place.

You've got it. The forum is probably self-explanitory...
