Multi-band Compilation Pages

I've added basic Multi-band Compilation pages:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/compilation/20-years-of-dischord/12

Note: that '12' on the end of the URL is the compilation Id. I have to include it as there is no way to possibly distinguish another distinct compilation with the same name as I don't want to do something like:

compilation-title-1
compilation-title-2

You can get there from the individual album page by clicking on 'compilation':
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/album/fugazi/20-years-of-dischord

or from the Band or Artist page:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/band/fugazi
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/artist/ian-mackaye

Right now it's just comps, I need to do all the other types: Splits, Soundtracks, etc. but it's a starting point. It's also just a list of the connected bands but there's plenty I want to on the back-end where you can add/remove bands to the compilation just like on the old site.

I also want that edit form to have the ability to upload a new cover image for the compilation and it will update all instances of the cover image for all compilation connected bands / albums. This way, on that "20 Years Of Dischord" comp, all 51 album pages will get the new image when it's uploaded on the comp edit page. Still lots to do...

Perhaps the compilation page could just pick the largest cover image available from all the linked entries - reasonable to assume it's probably good quality.
