Mobile Navbar

I did a deep dive into fixing the top navigation bar on the site that modifies itself based on the browser size.

I've also put in some of the old site features into the dropdown when you're logged in such as adding a new album based on the band if you're on a band page, by line-up if you're on an album page, and by artist if you're on an artist page.

I've also put in a very basic search page that you can use when the search input is missing from the navbar on smaller screens.

I'll try catching up with the other posts now that Im' back to the surface.
