Forum Pagination

As per Bloopy's requests, I've added pagination to the top of category / topic threads as well as improved the highlighting of the page you are currently on.

Forum and thread pagination aren't so helpful once you reach page 4 and beyond:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/forums/wiki-world?page=4
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/forums/off-the-wall/2021-rips-48694?page=4

Ideally at that point '5' would be one of the options presented so you can go to the next page. Something like "1 ... 3 4 5 ... 98 99".

Likewise, once you get to page 8 you'd probably want to see "1 ... 7 8 9 ... 98 99" or similar:
