Deep Dive - Post Deletes

Trying to fix a few minor things lead me to deep dive in other areas in the code base. Long story short, you can now delete your forum posts so long as:

- it's been within 10 minutes of the original posting
- no other posts have been added after your original

I've made some other adjustments in the process (lots of button resizing) so if anything is weird around the site, please let me know.
