Covers Update-able

BTW, when I try replacing images in the wiki, I'm often getting a 500 error. If I then reload the page and upload the image again, it goes through.

I shouldn't have turned on image uploads for queued albums at this point because we run into a situation where when I try to port over the legacy wiki images, there now may be an existing image that has subsequently been uploaded. This collision simply makes things harder.

I'm turning off image uploads for queued albums for now. All this upload stuff is still a priority for me so I'll be continuing to chip away at getting the full functionality in place as soon as I can.
