Bands In Tree

Considering that the number of bands in the tree now contains a lot of solo artists, which some may suggest artificially inflate the count (I'm not one of those, BTW), it might be a useful exercise to add a line something like "of which <n> are solo artists" or something like that.

Besides, I'd be interested to know what the number actually is.

I could certainly do that, although I'm not sure how to word it to indicate that the solo artists are also part of the band count. Is the something others would like to see in the little stats box?

By the way, the current count is: 337

I support the inclusion of this information on the main stats page, but I don't want to crowd up that box too much.

How about including this detailed information in the stats page only...
