Band Page Display

While trying to fix the collaboration admin page, and as per a suggestion from Mark, I've now change band page to show the band name along with each album. In that process the band name is displayed:
- as the band alias
- with a collaboration partner
For example:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/band/run-dmc
The Run-DMC page now shows albums with the band name / alias:
Run DMC
Run-DMC
and the collab:
Run DMC & A-Trak
I think this is a much better use of the band alias data and allows the band names to match up with album cover artwork. A great example of this is:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/band/misfits
where the band alias matches the artwork in lockstep. This band alias / collab display is also extended to artist pages so you can see artists that did a ton of collaborations in one place:
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/artist/mark-kramer-us-1
The Latest - Live page shows just band aliases, but not collaboration names because you may have two sides of a collaboration pushed live at the same time and we don't want to have what would appear to be duplicate albums on the live listing. See: Hugh Hopper & Kramer
[bandtoband.com] https://bandtoband.com/latest
Note: none of these displays are extended to the back-end / admin pages so there isn't confusion as to what is a band name and what is an alias until an album is pushed live.
