Back In The Hole

I'm back in the Hole Of Despair as I'm trying to address a cover issue I believe that BGZ pointed out where uploading an image at some point threw a 500 error although it seems the cover image was uploaded.

I have some leads as to what the problem is but it's a big old case of the nasties and I'm stuck grinding this one out.

I'll update when I can find the fix and finally move on to open more access to the cover uploads, queue images, etc. Ugh.
