Have you ever used Google Suggest (http://www.google.com/webhp?complete=1&hl=en)? It's a neat thing where they use AJAX to fill in suggestions in a dropdown as you type in your search request. It would be excellent for this site to implement this in its search and "create map" sections, so that you're less likely to type in bands and people that don't exist in your database yet (which, honestly, I do all the time).
It would probably be quite a bit of work, but I think the site would be much cooler.

AJ,
I think someone else mentioned this a little bit ago and it definitely is an interesting possibility although I haven't seen any documentation on how the feature is implemented. If anyone has any insight on how Google has this functioning please let me know. Thanks.

Like I said, it's a good bit of work. :-)
