On the band pages, you get the matrix of which artists played in which incarnation of the band in question. Wonderful stuff for investigating the history of a band - but doesn't do much for a band which is essentially the same throughout its life but goes under several different names, e.g. (mythically) Fred and the Fumpers, Fred Smiff and his Fumpers, The Fumpers, Fred Smiff's Fumpers, etc.

So how about the same sort of matrix for artists? Then you'd be able to click on, say, Ritchie Blackmore (we are not worthy) and get a complete list of everyone he's performed with. Same sort of A to Z+ across the top, and you'd match the letter up against the album above.
