We're incorporating the UTF-8 foreign character standard into the system. The character set covers most Western alphebets and a good representation of Far Eastern characters as well. You can read up on the standard here:

The UTF-8 standard is the one handled by most major browsers and databases so whatever character shortcomings may be attributed to UTF-8, not us. We will accept any and all accolades however.
If we're missing any foreign characters in any band or artist names, hit us up on the Shambles forum.
